TO BOOK THE CHURCH HALL
St. Cyprian's Church Hall, Birchvale Road, Sheffield 12 is available for booking by individuals (e.g. for Children's Parties or Family Celebrations or Birthdays) and Groups at times when the Church and Organizations are not using it. There are different charges depending on what it is to be used for because some activities can involve greater wear and tear and increased cleaning cost.
To encourage Community Involvement, there is a subsidized rate for community groups from the Parish

To make initial enquiries about booking the Hall, please, telephone the Rectory at the address and 'phone number shown above
TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS for BANNS, WEDDINGS, CHRISTENNINGS etc.
If the Rector is available, he will see you or answer your call, whenever, you contact us but it may often be necessary to give you another appointment, if he is busy. He will always try to see you with as little delay as possible, in an emergency.
However, he tries to be available to see people, without the need to make an appointment on Monday Evenings between 6.00 and 7.00pm. This is normally when we make arrangements and take details for Banns, Weddings, Christenings etc. (It is worth while telephoning the Rectory -0114 239 9555- at 5.30pm on Mondays, to check that nothing is interfering with this arrangement, for that week).
Bookings for Christenings may also be made, in Church, after the 10.00am main service on a Sunday.
